Lebel Sniper rifle site

Kept getting a odd site picture with the French sniper rifle sites.

When in zoom mode for EI that was about 100m from me running, his animation frames where as if they where skipping frames yet seemed like a blur set in between. After missing 4 shots I backed off and his avatar was like in speed mode, super fast. And when he started running away again I put the site pic back on him and his avatar again was skip frame. Until he changed directions where it settled down and I was able to hit him. I figured that there was a lag spike or something similar.

Later I had 2 more instances that behaved in the same fashion with EI and the French sniper rifle. Both instances again where around 100m with the EI running across my field of fire. Could bringing up the site cause lag now? It did not happen if they where far away 200m+ or running toward or away. They where always running across and close range.

I used the BEF sniper with zero site/lag issues at all except some hits seemed not to kill my target, 4 shots center mass from 150m to 50m and the guy still gets into the spawn building where he is met with a hail of smg fire and dies, I do not even register a damage. At other times instead of getting a death animation they just keep going and disappeared and I had a kill credit. This is not consistent though, kinda reminds me of why we get fire bug, information is just not getting through too or from the client/host.
