Timed out performing network selection.

since the new patch I get (Timed out performing network selection).

Tried uninstall and download from site starting fresh, all the available connection options , many many attempts to load up and still no luck.

Have satellite connection since I first started playing in 2004 which is ****house but only have problems after patches.

Has anyone else got this problem or have a fix.

In desperate need to kill germans.

Just wondering on average how long does it takes to get a reply from support for game issues.

Put a ticket in 6 days ago and still no ticket number issued. Re submitted again today from scratch.

Only have a few more days off then on the road again. Wont get my fix of german blood by the looks.

Still have not been given a ticket number as of yet. filled in two tickets so far but still no reply. No email has been sent with ticket numbers .

Well 4 tickets requested last 3 weeks and still no reply. Unprofessional not to reply to a paying customer I thinks.

12 years of non stop subscription might be coming to an end.

I have sent a message to FOHDRON requesting more information. Since he was the rep helping you I don't want to get in the way. I know that there has been some trouble with our Satellite connected customers and if you're willing you might be part of the solution that helps us resolve these problems for not just yourself, but for people in your specific category.

As xoom said we are trying to narrow down the scope of this issue and would like to get more information.

Anyone else having this issue if you could please goto support.playnet.com and open a ticket up. This will help us gauge how many people are having this issue and allow us to work with you guys to gather the information that might help solve it.

I have it too. Cant even log in to your support side??

Thanks Fohdron,

Nothing received in emails.

Checked junk folder as well. Do not know why im not receiving them. I get the newsletters and billing emails ok.

Checked anti virus software settings and all good.

I have the same problem, I need to attempt 3-4 times to be able to log in.

I just submitted a ticket.

I have a satellite connection. It looks like that the login is rejected due to the satellite ping which is minimal 750ms.

I'm having this problem also. It worked once or twice after the last patch however. Just started yesterday and today. Haven't tried more than 2 times in a row to log in game.

DSL modem on phone line. We do have up to 3 people on line at the same time at certain times.

I am wondering if you are all still having this issue? After some work this week on the server I would be curious to know if that solved it or not.

still got it, sub ran out this week so i'll try again in a few weeks or so.

i'll keep an eye on this thread though.

I still have it. The ticket response was that the problem was solved because I was able to log in but in real the problem is still there. I know it's a pain to figure out what is wrong sometimes. Good luck with that.
