connection issues

I'm a long time player and since the latest patch I've had the following issues every time I play:

1) ping goes wicked high during game play resulting in timed out connections

2) once I get booted I cannot connect to the client keep getting 10057 error.

3)can't connect to website have to use the forums link via google to see forums

4) uninstall'd reinstalled and deleted the file the client makes in my documents

5) repeatedly reinstalled a few times

Game is virtually unplayable for me as it sits now.

I believe you are using Win10 correct?

If you are then try right clicking BGE and then select run as administrator, I know it's a long shot but ya never know.

while your at it make sure all your drivers and firmware is up to date.

Ok so I reset my router and added a wifi extender to the 5g band and seem to have fixed the issues.

Clearly Wifi connections are problematic for me with respect to this game. I'm on the 5g band now and have no issues (knock on wood)
