FTP issues

Just a list of what i am able to do as an FTP but thought that i was not empowered to do.

use binoculars

dig an foxhole

capture buildings

set a fru

set up spawn missions-- only seem to be able to do this if a brigade has missions already set-- in no missions then i get the do not have enough rank message.

However, if there are existing missions in the brigade, i can create a new mission at one of the CPs.

also have use of grenades and smoke grenades.

Just wondering if this is the new norm or something is turned on that should not be?

Deploying a mobile spawn: No.

Set up missions: No.

Binoculars: Yes.

Capturing Facilities: Yes.

Dig a foxhole: Yes.

Grenades: Yes, depends on what class you use. (Available for Rifleman)
