There is an issue with the Free to Play accounts. In an effort to give them more, something went wrong. Due to it being Christmas there is no ETA on when this issue will be corrected. While Rats want it fixed, if they do not spend time with their families, it could be major problems at the home front. We are aware of the issue and will get it corrected soon as we can.

FYI, while many positions are paid, many are volunteers who utilize their professional skills to help the game stay alive and move forward. They volunteer their time to the dream of this game. As paid subscriptions continue to go up, the more paid employees we can obtain to help.

I do not bring it up for any other reason but to explain why it is tougher to pull people away from their family on this day of celebration. Every account is important right now, and we regret that this bug has happened. Again, we were trying to give more to those with Free to Play accounts and it backfired. As most know, we went for a simple upgrade that did not have anything we expected to cause major issues, and it went worse than expected. The new team is still getting their feet under them, and while they have a good handle on the game now, sometimes things happen that were not expected.

As more information comes available we will let you know more.

Same here.

I'd like to play, however I'm extremely wary to pay for something that has no guarantee of being fixed if I do so.

for now I deleted the game and i'll check back in a couple days..weeks or whatever and see if it's been fixed.

It will take some time as they have posted because of the Holiday, and no you can't

downgrade. If you become a paying player, you can get in now :D

have any proof of this?... because I believe this is the same company who charged my uncle's credit card 1,499.00$ instead of 14.99$ once upon a time. (unless it's changed owners since it's release)

Paying players have no problem playing right now.

It´s just the access for f2p that has a bug that will be fixed the next days after christmas.

As a F2P user I agree totally with everything you said and appreciate the update... Merry Christmas to all the Rats....:)

I'm not in charge of billing. I was just stating that those who have an active account, a

player who pay's monthly, could play just fine it was F2P account's that couldn't access

any weapon's in game.
