Game Freezes Often

Game screen will get a grey cast and the game completely freezes. Appeneing more and more often to me now. Really annoying. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Win 10 64

AMD FX 8350 4 Ghz

8Gb Ram

NVidia GTX 760
