I recently executed a quick scan from MS Security Essentials and it claims to have found a Trojan:

Category: Trojan

Description: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

Recommended action: Remove this software immediately.

Items:

Is this a false-positive? Should I be concerned?

Is it okay to allow Security Essentials delete the file?
