Cannot Complete Basic Training..

I cannot complete the Chat portion of basic training. I get as far as the team portion of chat...and it wont let me continue. It says I am suppose to hit F1...or spacebar...and neither will respond of allow me to continue. The game does not freeze up, but I just cant go onto the next piece of training.

Any help would be great!

ps- This is a double post...also put this in the trouble shooting section. Sorry about that, though this would be the better spot.
