Okay I tried to play today and expierenced awful lag, I didn't expect this from a 13+ year old game. Is it my PC? I don't know if it's my pc, my pc can run Sims 3, 4 and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas all fine.

The engine that this game relies on is ancient by today's standards but it still accomplishes something that no engine I've seen does. When in heavy combat the load on your processer is the bottleneck I've seen drops to 15fps. How man GHz does your processor run at? I have a i5 that came standard at 3.5Ghz and I put an aftermarket cooler and overclocked it to 4.5Ghz stable. They have software that tests and does everything for you now. The gameplay difference was incredible.
