Lag over and in leuven

Had fps drop from average of 60-70 to 5-10 flying near and over leuven. After dying twice like this I went ground. Wtf!? had very same issue on the ground. at least 3 times in 10 minutes game froze for about 3 seconds. I checked background programs but nothing showing.

I never had lag as bad as this pre 1.35. I will post again on another day just in case something was running 'hidden'.

Been looking through files and diagnostics. May have been a coincidental background program downloading. Not absolutely sure but timing of download was around time I was in game.
