installed new patch, computer froze up. Deleted game and downloaded full version. Computer froze up. Running Win 10. Any suggestions?

Did run right click and select run as administrator?

When installing did you install the direct X?

Check your anti virus/firewall.

I run win10 and have had no issues...so far, fingers crossed.

After uninstalling old version, is good to clean (carefully) also the register from old stuff. I use mostly ccleaner for this. And remove old Battleground folder from Documents. Is there something in Event Viewer about this freezing?

Lemkeh, I re downloaded from the mirror server, when I hit launch, computer freezes up. Went to event viewer and it read, : critical error: Kernal Power????

Looked up kernel Power, that's when I shut computer down. Disregard
