Invalid Building Message

Started getting the message "Invalid building message" in my chat window last night.

I could not find anything that I was doing that might have triggered it. Nothing I could recreate with regularity. It would just start popping up in my chat window at random times. I would get 3-4 in succession and then nothing for an hour or more.
