Hi Folks,

I'm puzzling with the 1.35.2 update that keeps trying to install once i start up. I have downloaded the full install twice now and it had no effect as i fire up playgate it starts the process of downloading and installing this update that never makes it due to limited admininistrator rights. I've tried running as administrator but that doesn't help to copy the new ww2.exe file.

With the full install i assumed this update was included so why does playgate keep asking to update ?

Can you do an uninstallation of your current install, and remove all the folders under program folders?

And then try and install the latest FULL installer?

If that doesnt work please open up a support case at support.playnet.com
