New 1.53.3.0 has broke the Game for me.

I first used patch server to update and when I finish install I to settings and play.

Game starts to load and I get half way through the loading screen and it says.

A problem caused WWII to load correctly and kicks me out.

Then I uninstalled game rebooted and reinstalled full version.

Same Error.

Not sure if anyone else is having problem.

Halfsite,.I had a similar issue and tried everything or so I thought. If your running anti-virus software you need to turn it off. For some reason internet explorer crashed during the download of the game and I lost all of my short cuts to the game. I turned off anti-virus soft ware downloaded the game and it passed with flying colors. I still have issues with EP but I don't care. Good Luck

I was having the same issue and found it to be plays.tv ****ing virus software totally ****ing up my game. We should sticky this on the forums that if your have an AMD card this software will repeated re-install and ruin your game experience.

Close down plays tv and try boot the game

I had the exact same problem as OP, online nor offline training worked. But this tip has fixed it. Damn, I updated all drivers looking for the answer and this was it. Thanks!

Update, Mine is not fixed or it was until I logged out of game and tried to use shortcut to log back in. Short cut states it invalid and or moved. So each time I have to remove game and do complete reinstall . Bad carma here.

We're trying to iron out exactly what's causing this and trying to build a series of reports so I can get them bumped up to the team and looked at.

Can you open a support ticket at support.playnet.com for me and upload the crash log if one generated in your documents?

Also mention your OS please :)
