can empty the 4d, 3b, and shermans HE into a cp and get no kills. even with the audit they're still tactically useless, a MG is 10x more effective.

Is HE working as planned at audit time? How many fragments is a 75mm HE shell throwing--say, a German L/24, or from the Sherman gun--in total before interception by the ground, etc.?
