Is the squad rookie pruning operational?

There are many rookies still in my squad over 7 days (9, 10 and 11), that should be trimmed; was this supposed to be working now, because it doesn't seem to be.

Are they still active? If so that may be the reason. I think the code cull those are rookies and haven't been active for > 7 days.

This seems to be not working - squad growing and rookies not being removed.

I  just removed them all manually, all clean atm.

There are no members that are rookies over 7 days anymore; so it partially is working, let's see over the next few days.

it's working saw a few get pruned out during the course of play on friday.
