1.35 Kar 98 Ballistics Bug?

I posted this in BARRACKS, but I thought I should post here as well:

Since the 1.35 update, Ive noticed that I'm scoring many more rifle HITS than kills on EI...mind you, these are not maiming hits to legs or arms -- these are clean shots to the upper torso, center mass at 100-300 meters.  I can see the blood splatter through my scope, but many times these hits (that should be easy KIAs) seem to have NO EFFECT whatsoever.  I mean, sometimes EI don't even slow down after being shot.  Bug /  Faulty ballistics tweak?  Please comment if anyone's experienced similar issues...'cause I really think it needs to be addressed.

Happens with all the rifles. Not sure if the game really calibrates leg, neck chest shots too well. I don't mind it too well, because it shouldn't always be 1 shot one kill, though it is annoying at times, especially with head shots.

Hey Rats,

starting to get similar stories from folks about this issue in a duplicate post in BARRACKS...can we get someone to look into this and respond?  Much thanks.

I'm almost 100% sure that is because of lag, that at least what I have experience in the past.

If you fight with a higher ping it seems you are most likely to score and hit and get wounded than actually kill or be killed, probably it's code this way so it's more fair for both parties.

700ms here... get the 2-step death and shot behind cover all the time (i think i do this too)

this is completely different.
