I don't thing this is a bug...some Bunkers are easier to cut and others are harder.

Tough AB for sure. But it compensates those other ones where a retarded monkey could take it without breaking a sweat.

Variety is good.

after loosing 5 tigers 4 other panzers, all the depot guns, and ton of inf... while it was "locked down"
 this one's not as bad since allies gave up at this point, but there are a few like this that just ruin gameplay.

The sad thing is that this is standard Doc town design and might not be considered a bug. Literally no room for tactics, the only way to win is to camp every last unit or if the defenders don't bother to show up.
