Destroyer Multicrew Bug?

Im not sure if thats a bug, but its not Logical and not effective.

Yesterday a squadmate and me tried to multicrew a destroyer. I can spawn one, but hes to low on rank...however i requested Crew, he tried to join, but when we tried to spawn into the game the message "Crew left" came.

We both have payed accounts (no free accounts) and with any other ship we have been able to multicrew. I have to add that his navy rank ist low...Freighter and DD is yellow for him, but we could multicrew Freighter but not the DD. That seems to be a bug to me because the rank is not a Problem in all other vehicles...tanks, planes, and like i said even the Freighter...but it was impossible to spawn with a DD (and we tried about 10 times).

Even if its not a bug it should be possible to multicrew a DD, even with a free account because there are so many stations on it and only very few DDs available.

In fact i think, it should not be possible to spawn DDs solo because they are really valueable...but thats another thing  ;)

Not really, axis can sink an allied destroyer every 8 minutes for 15 straight hours, and they still won't be out of destroyers.... And in fact, they'll start coming back into supply.  During a 2 hour AO, even if you sunk a destroyer every minute, you wouldn't run out.

There are a ludicrous number of destroyers available in game.

As to the bug, this should be looked into.

If it happens again, back out of the mission and reenter a mission.

Go through the join screens then have the crew hit the launch button.

We tried that multiple times...we even restarted the complete game.
