Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn plane 109 in hangar

2. Wait 5 minutes

3. Plane starts rotating slowly to the right

Reproducible: Always

EDIT: Topic title changed, so far only 109s are affected

isn't there always a tendency for single prop airplanes to do this? what if you spawn a dual engine plane, does it still happen?

I am going to assume they mean the engine is not running?

My 109 starts shaking, and begins to back out of the hanger. Engine not running. Did that to me twice on trading server. No harm no foul....just odd

Correct. I forgot to mention, I tested only in 109s so far, will report back for other planes.

EDIT:

110 C4 -> not affected

Ju 87 -> not affected

Spit Ia -> not affected

Hurri I -> not affected

I could test all other planes as well but it looks like only 109s are affected. Since these are the FMs that were changed it would be a logical conclusion.

The reason I posted the bug is that if this kind of behaviour occurs on the ground with engine off, who knows what influence this oddity has in flight.

Hey all,

I'll be watching this thread closely. The more data that you can provide to us the better.

When this happens do a /bug. That gives us the origin af you spawned at.

OK then, my testing shows:

109E1 rolls backward while constantly "jiggling". No rotation.

109E4 and 109 F2 roll back a little and rotate right.

109F4 back a little and rotates left.

109G6 hardly rolls back any and does not rotate.

I did not see rotation or excessive  roll back on any other plane

Zeke, this is independent of the origin af, but I will do a /bug next time.

I did a controlled test at bertrix offline.

So what of it Zeke? Are they looking at this now that we know its just the new 09s that do it?

Could you check the JU52 as well? I do believe it shows similar behaviour. Usually you roll on the AF to gather the paras. Even with engines off and brakes on, it will start rotating slowly after a short period of time.

I still think this might be related to the -0.2% creep, but that does not seem to be related to the lost airspeed.
