No Brigades at Offline Training Island?

There appear to be no brigades of any faction at the Offline Training island!  

It's extremely useful to have brigades from all countries there, as the close proximity of spawns allows for less time spent driving FMS's or guns between cities for testing and practicing various gameplay mechanics (sap/ATR spots, discerning what armor is thinner on tanks, bombing ships, just to name a few).

For years (when the training server was up) there were always brigades of all branches and countries at the Offline Training island.  It makes it much easier to practice and test between the various equipment from different countries.

Would a Rat or member of HC be able to move appropriate brigades back to the island?

Don't think they know why either

hopefully 1.36 and town based supply should sort it, for somethings that have not supposedly changed since they were made, is utter nonsense, old sap spots are no longer reliable, old weak armor spots too, and unable to test efficiently because CRS won't fix the training server.

Bawww...   well I just noticed, Remagens have brigades next to each other now at least.
