Can't change resolution.

Ok, so when I start up the game, it runs on 800x600 resolution and I was going to change it and when I click Video Resolution, the only option I have is 800x600. This is the only reso I can choose, there are no other ones. 

 

Please help me fix this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

What video card you using?

I have NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250, but I was able to change reso before, now I can't.
