Actually - every non HQ KM flag is supply bugged.

Every one 4, 5, 6 and 8, just saying - been that way for over 24 hours.

Will test the HQs if I can, not sure possible to test easily though w/o Helle.

Just checked HQs - every single KM flag is supply bugged atm;  Every one.

They have been that way for over 24 hours.  Please fix.

I wonder if you bring the HQs back from Den Haag and put them in Zell if that will fix it? Not sure if you have ability to move them or not.. Wondering if Den Haag is resupplied through one of the other factories and not Frankfurt? Not sure if supplies flows Factory -> HQ -> Brigade..

We tried moving 4zf last night to see if that would fix it, it doesn't.

This is an old common issue - seen and fixed many times in the past - not sure why they doing nothing about it this time.

Takes a maintenance reset, server reboot or rat to resupply them.

No, has to do with being in white flag area for a while - tickets don't ever come back.
