Screen zoomed too far in

Hi! I am AdelhochJ, and I am new to Battleground Europe; I have just installed it today. When I opened the game, the screen was zoomed so far in that I could not clear the startup message on the screen. Later, I found out that I was able to click and drag it, so I clicked "okay" and headed to the training screen. However, as the screen was too zoomed in, I could not see the soldier on the right side of the screen, and I could not select "go" for my training mission. When I took a screenshot, I could see the entire screen, but while playing, I could not. I have tried using various screen resolutions to solve the problem, but none of them seem to work. How can I zoom out to see the screen?

Try this... assuming windows 10

Right click on your desktop and select display settings   a9f318006f4d77986f646e5b005eb63a.png

Make sure your "scale and layout" is set to 100%    cd893a55a64f1476b4cd8e4e7b3e4329.png

If that doesn't help submit a ticket http://support.wwiionline.com/

I had the same issue after getting my new monitor (2560x1440) and computer. I was able to fix it by putting scaling/zoom to 100% instead of default 125, exactly as described by chimm.
