I have seen both sides use it frequently, I don't see a problem with it.

in the past ppl used trucks to jump into ab complex at that spot ... now they are using sandbags ... its ok imo :)

that means the defender has to cover 2 entrances now instead of only 1

Lol It's ok??!! the Armybase is meant to have one entry only to make attacks difficult and requiring a min of players that are dedicated and organized enough to take it.

This is very gamey why not just have two entries for AB ?

I see it as a smart and legit use of the ppo, and yes it has been used by both, Allied and Axis, for a while now. It's not an exploit therefore nothing to enforce for the GMs.

Things would be different if it requires clipping or whatsoever to get this done.

How is it gamey?
It isnt unrealistic, in a perfect situation humans invented ladders for doing these things, but humans have improvised climbing over things
for 100's of 1000's of years.

If you wanted to get over a real wall and you had some sandbags, or found some crates, or some logs or what not, you would use them right?

Seconded.

I've seen it, used it, had it used against us... Nothing unrealistic about it at all. Being able to stack some sandbags to gain ingress is perfectly reasonable (in fact, good to see stuff like this in the game; the more PPOs and creativity we get in the game, the better).

What's unrealistic is that our infantry can't climb through a gap in a 2 foot high wall...

Oh no, it gets worse, last night the british had the nerve to take some steel and fashion it into this thing called a gun.
And they shot us with it

next thing you know, they will start climbing stairs :o
