Why is the zoom in  view from a rifle sight nearly twice the height as that from LMG ? Picture from 200m

I call this one Muzzle flash

I call this one Muzzle Flash, a bit bigger

I call this one as close as you can get to Muzzle Flash without getting your eyes getting burnt
