Can't log into training server

Tried logging in and I get a rectangular box that says "authentication failed."

Seems to be working for me and I see others on the training server as well. Might want to double check your login information

You can log into playgate itself no issue?

Thanks guys, but now the problem has evolved from what I told you before to this:

"WW2 online has stopped working" then under it "Close Program"
