After I install latest patch, the settings was reset to default and after changing the settings and restarting the game all is reset again.

I tried run as administrator but no effect.

Running on HP laptop with Windows 10 and Intel graphics 4600.

I have run tthe game before the patch almost every day without any problem.

Any suggestions?

there is a ticket open for an issue with non-english characters in username for your computer. you can read here for a fix until a patch is available..

Ya, need to fix some of the german ranks too - many are truncating in game, been reporting that for 6 years now I think.
