Login Aborted (1.35.9.1)

I can't login after chose a server, it displays as "login aborted"  I have already completed updating to 1.35.9.1

 

Question :  how to add an attachment in topic ? I can only update the screenshot to other website and then add the link now

Is this is newly created account or have you played with this account previously?

 

(regarding pics, you need to use an image hosting company and link to it.)

Yes, I have played with this account previously, it is not a newly created account

1.35.9.1 is our pre-release game update. It is currently being released to our organic (current) player base only to verify everything is working as intended.

Could be possible that F2P don't have access atm

Free Play should have access.. They were having account issues earlier though.. Not sure if that may be a similar issue though.. @iamcoming can you submit a support ticket with your issue so that they can take a look at your account? You can create a support ticket here: http://support.wwiionline.com and click on "Submit a request" on the top right.
