game crashes on spawn 1, 2, 3 or 4 times before working.

When I log into the game in these 2 weeks since I came back to the game, it crashes the first time I spawn in.  Since the patch, I have had to reload the game 3 or 4 times (and right now I am on try #5) before it will allow me to play without crashing.  Frustrating.  Right now, I cannot seem to spawn into Boxtel.

 

On another note, when these crashes happen, it looks to me like the base loses the equipment (in my case rifles) as if I had been kia.
