CP is not yet capturable.  Countdown running.  I enter and get ready..."Capturable in X/min/ Y/sec." in the capture window of my HUD.  It will tick down to 1 sec. and freeze the counter at 1 sec..  Not sure if when an ei enters it will show facility under cap.  I don't gamble that the staus will show under cap. If I run out and back in, it states, "facility capturable",  and all is good. This will be an issue if the cp becomes or is cut.  I believe, but am not 100% that if an ei enters and is killed, the same problem occurs after the "recapturable is 60 sec. timer.  I believe, with almost 100% certainty, that this not the case and there is no issue on the 1 second freeze after an ei is killed.
