Well, I downloaded the game and opened it normally, I chose the soldier and the nation that was going to play, and I clicked on start right after my game is done and it shows an error "Visual C ++ Runtime Library Runtime Error" I already updated all the drives, presiso that you help me I really want to play this game.

It normally means you have a corrupt or missing MS VC++ runtime

Have you tried uninstalling the ones you show installed and then reinstalling them after a reboot as administrator?
