"Zoomed in effect" when launching game

I have recently installed this game and whenever I try to launch it the screen always appears to be "zoomed in" on the top left corner. I have read some other forums about this topic and to no avail.

I have Nvidia gtx 940m graphics on a 1080 x 1920 screen resolution and windows 10. I have not been able to play the game at all yet and find settings for this.  Does anyone know how to fix this!?

right click on ww2.exe in the game folder

click properties

click compatibility

disable the DPI scaling

The monitor is doing just what you think it is, it's zooming in

This is the easiest way to fix it without changing your settings for anything else

I have found WW2.exe. Once I click on properties, I only find the tabs General, Sharing, Security, Previous Versions, Customize.Could this also have to do with admin rights on my pc!? Anyway, Thx for the help!
