Its a RAT, and actually i think its a test bot spawned by a rat.
Looks like it may have malfunctioned or was heading for dry dock LOL

I think its a RAT buzz camera - back in the day they had the vulcher - fire skull and could use the DDs as the Buzz camera icon when they wanted to be seen.
