unkillable EI

Unkillable EI was very rare for me. Since fix, I have had 2 in one morning. Both with LMG, the first was Bren, the other was BAR. Still have 'invisible' EI that appear while firing on me, this even when I'm lying in wait, hear their footsteps coming and ready to fire as soon as they come through door. This is a horribly unfair advantage for EI. Issues like this need to be fixed before new equipment or side balancing or anything else. If what we have doesn't work why add to it?

did you use the .report or .bug function(s) in game when the situation occurred?

If not - you (and everyone else) need to start doing so.  I'm asking because from patch->~8am today there were 2 reports of unkillables.  That's down significantly from pre-patch.  Without a solid timestamp (.report and .bug includes it) and location (.report and .bug includes it) (more so the time) it becomes nearly impossible to comb through the game logs looking for 'beny' and every interaction with any object to find the issue.

Yes, PLEASE dot report or dot bug these issues so the team has a time stamp.

I hate it when people whine about these occurrences and then don't bother to report it, yet they'll come to the forums and post about it.

It takes ten seconds to report it in game...

Do it.

They check the logs from dot reports and dot bugs ASAP, where the forum whines are, (and rightfully so,) second rate.

Report stuff so CRS knows about it.
