How long this going to continue? I like to play long missions, Guns, Air , Panzers etc, just to be Despawned after 10 minutes of effort setting up, have done a 200 ping to the server,

response time all around 150ms due to distance (UK) 0% packet loss on all of them though and I am still be ing kicked, Have checked my clock etc, all good, all fresh install, Internet speed is 76mb/s download, 6mb/s upload.

have - problems on any other game, 0 problems on this game before patch, come back after some months away and this is what I'm greeted with, Well I just cannot justify paying a subscription to a game that will not allow me to play, the only typo I can truly play is infantry as they do not last as long, also why is unit kia, so now cannot spawn to try as will waste supply too, this is officially the worst patch I have seen CRS do.

I would prefer it fixed asap, this is far more inconvenient than the odd lagger.

Did you contact frisbone?

CRS has turned it back on as frisbone has helped several others with issues that they felt were not on their end

So far the players who actively looked into their own system has found the problem on their end.

Some issues found

1; mother board software

2; cable spliter

3; satellite connection

Please contact FRISBONE if you can not find the issue on your own.

Easy way to check your connection while playing the game.

Open notepad.

Copy and paste the following into note pad.

@echo Testing network...
@ping -n 300 204.237.246.55 >>ww2_ping.txt
@echo - >>ww2_ping.txt

Click file at top left of note pad and select save as.

Select "all files" as file type.

Type into the name area         ww2_ping.bat

save to desktop.

Now when ready to play the game, double click the bat file you created from above and then loadup the game.

The bat will open a cmd window and then just run in the background. It will collect ping data for just over 5 minutes and then the cmd box will close.

You will have a ww2_ping text file on your desktop (or wherever you place the bat file). It will list all the hops recorded and at the bottom will have the results that will look like this.

Ping statistics for 204.237.246.55:
    Packets: Sent = 300, Received = 300, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 54ms, Maximum = 96ms, Average = 57ms

EDIT: This is a tiny download, just open and drag the 32 or 64 bit folder to desktop or documents..somewhere you can find it. Small app that will do the checks and has a button to create a text file in the folder the app is in http://winmtr.net/how-to/

Just out of curiosity, and for reference, I did the test.

I have no problems at all, and here are my figures from Sweden.

Petie - I have replied to your email and am requesting additional detail.   Please run the MTR and send the reports as this is the only true way to determine packet loss.

First time I had a forced despawn.  Never happen before but drove to Roer-W with SPAA.

Did the test:

Ping statistics for 204.237.246.55:
    Packets: Sent = 300, Received = 300, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 47ms, Maximum = 57ms, Average = 49ms

I hope it doesn't happen again.

This little app will give more precise info, http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/

Tiny app, portable. No install just unzip to a folder and then run the app. Will output the info to a text doc or has option to copy to clipboard.

Will give ping/packetloss for each hop to the server.

Something else going on, have used MTR and all seems fine, sent to frisbone too. Not sure what else it could be, not really into getting a new rig either atm even though the one i got handle the game just fine.

If your rig plays the game with good fps then no need for a new one.

Have you checked your CPU temps?

Intel cpus will declock if temps hit 100c.

For what I have seen it seems that all kind of people have problems. Some have packet loss and some don't. Upload speed might have to do with that but there is nothing we can do about that. Maybe CRS should look into other ways to take on people who abuse the lag. Or maybe some cause lag on purpose to have an advantage. Who knows what is going on.

There are many different things that can cause a forced despawn.

One player had a bad cable splitter

Software was another

wired or wireless

When it happens does it happen always at the same amount of time?

As for wireless it can be interference from something like a LED light nearby .... LED's are known for RFI

I've send all the needed info to Frisbone. My pc was overclocked, but brought it back to standard clock speed. My cable connections are good and I don't use wifi. For the past week it happens within 2-3 minutes after I spawn in. So as of now I am not able to play at all. :(

I think it may depend on if your cpu does any throttling that throws the clock/timestamping off?
