Getting to many engine bugs.

This bug needs to be fixed, driving me crazy.

Can't hear anything - et drove up and killed me today cause some HT engine wouldn't turn off - he said engine was off.

I'm getting these all the time now.  Two in last 30 mins, HT and truck.

This needs to be fixed.

Been like that for me forever it seems. 

Half of the vehicles in hearing distance have the engine on bug.

usually has engine bug the player who is logged in with two accounts
can observe ...
