I have noticed for at least a month now or more.

When you rotate the turret in a tank, it will jump then continue as normal.

Also when using the commander, same for atg/aaa too.

have a video showing what you mean? like does it jump up or to the side?

here, will tell you how to replicate

1) requires High DPI gaming mouse (No high DPI, no can replicate)

2) Set mouse DPI to something over 900, do 1200 or 1500 to see it really spaz.

3) Set mouse sensitivity to anything that makes normal windows cursor movement at the high DPI

4) Now spawn game and go move turret around.
Set game mouse slider as low as you want even.
Observe turret make rapid snap movements, faster than the turret is capable of even

Does not affect infantry, that i have seen, but affects all vehicles with a turret type axis control
tank atg aa etc.

Long standing bug

@imded
What i have done, at least for now, is adjust my DPI down just until the turrets dont spaz, and then set that as my default.
Since you see this issue i assume you currently have a high DPI type gaming mouse of some sort?

  1. I don't have a high dpi mouse. Just a generic laser mouse.
  2. When you rotate a tank turret (have only used allied). Turning it in any direction laterally, when you move it about 90 degrees or less ,your view will jump up and then settle back into what you were doing..
  3. This also works for bofors and 25mm AAA.
  4. Same for tank commanders and pushers of guns, bofors and 25mm,

right now, best i can suggest is try turning down mouse drive speed a bit and see if it helps.
I know exactly what you are talking about, effects anything that moves using turret movement mechanics
