Overstock anomaly - needs verification

Got bored last night and ran HQ supply to restock and overstock. Drove 2 Shermans and 3 pans. 

Posted HQ, mission type. Resupply. If you check mission while traveling it says area defense. I posted that as a bug. My first Sherman run supply showed up. I checked the towns supply to see if it was effectual. It was.  Reposted HQ ran pan... success.  Then ran another Sherman, this time however I despawned outside the AB but with RTB AB message.. and ran another with Pan, despawned with in AB RTB range. Spawn out to check the town supply and found that the Sherman and Pan did not resupply however it was gone from HQ supply.  Ran another Pan and entered the AB and despawned. The Pan showed up in the supply.

So what I am thinking is that the Sherman and Pan I despawned with in range of RTB to the AB was somehow the difference and spawning in the AB completed the supply.  What concerned me was that the unsuccessful resupply even with RTB to the AB was not showing back up in the HQ supply and the fact the Sherman drive took 18 minutes to resupply.  Anyway can someone if they have the time double check to see if this is a repeatable issue?

We will check it.. Did you have an HC person do a supply check for that HQ to see when it was ticketed to resupply the HQ?

No at the time the only HC on was AFK.
