This has happened to me with the last two patches.

Win 10, 4ghz proc, 32 mb ram...

Thrustmaster warthog stick and throttle, simped rudders.

Game will not recognize my throttle and rudder pedals.

Got it to work last patch...don't remember how...but I was pretty pissed off and it took alot of [censored]ing around...\

your "joystick" menu needs a bunch of work...how about showing us what is connected, instead of just generic "joystick one", "joystick two" , etc...?

unplugged and deleted controllers, reinstalled drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled game.... no change.

deleted all references of bge from registry...no change.

What am I missing?

hid controllers should work seamlessly with this game....

32 Gb ram, lol

I am looking for a post from @OLDZEKE
you may need to check a windows 10 setting to make joystick available to "older" programs
It may be use as default, but im not near a windows 10 box right now

Hoping zeke sees this and replies but i think its something like this

Click Start,

click Run, type joy.cpl in the Open box, and then click OK.

In the Game Controllers window, click Your Joystick and then click advanced, select default for older games.

Devices and printers, right click your joystick icon, select advanced, select your stick in the window and set as preferred device.

And i am assuming you tried to remap the throttle or rudder and nothing happened?

That is odd considering the game sees my franken-stick thats made up of 3 different joysticks/gamepads.

In TARGET do you have it set to combine stick and throttle, or leave separate?

I've had this set up for several years (since warthog came out) and haven't had this problem until the last two patches...

Hmm just trying to figure out how you have it set up, im not really sure why it is not seeing it, i would definitely open a trouble ticket
as i dont think any joystick stuff was intentionally changed in either patch.

It is very weird though cause this craptastic thing i made from the remains of some joysticks and a gamepad works even though it looks like arse
your warthog should definitely work.

Do you remember any part of what you did last time?
Might give some clue as to what is going on

I think I may have gone through the registry and deleted every key with "Thrustmaster" in it,,, I don't remember if that helped or not.

I guess I'll try doing that again (pain in the butt, lol)

Combined throttle and stick using target software, and now throttle works (combined device) but simpeds still not working

also switched usb ports...that didn't help

all controllers work in windows control panel and every other app I have that uses game controllers....just not working in wwiiol

tried versions 1.35.12.0, 1.35.11.0, 1.35.10.0, 1.35.9.8
