Sudden Health Loss

Late last night in Turnhout, while guarding a CP, I suddenly lost all health.  I was not shot, nor injured by an explosion. There was no blood loss, but the heart beat audio played and it took a few minutes to regain full health.  When this happened I was standing upright and still.  It was like a 'cyber stroke', sudden and powerful.  Any ideas what causes this and have others had a similar experience?

Have had this happen twice in maybe the last month, odd, rare - but puzzling.
