I dont know what is the bigger joke here; BEF armored brigade getting 89 pieces of armor or no explanation to why this is so far.

A few weeks ago the infantry numbers in dispute were explained and corrected immediately but no explanation to these numbers in question here, why is that ? Dont correct them if u want but at least tell us the reason behind 89 pieces of armor in a bef armor brigade.

used both plenty of times;  point being a major part of this game is enemy spawn suppression and having an extra 20+ pieces of armor to suppress an enemy spawn without having to recap with inf only is a major advantage...if u dont see that not sure what to say...but its 89 pieces or armor....89... i mean come on

@OHM and his team are doing an audit of all supply TOE.

They looking and creating a formula to adjust types of equipment to the value of the unit. From.what I understand (which may not be correct) is utilizing economic value to this.

***Rat hat off***

My personal belief is infantry units should be even across the board since those are the cappers. The type of weapon they have will vary slightly.

Equipment will be skewed by different factors, economics, lethality, etc. Since each side has varied equipment you won't see x amount of tanks in each persona. A Sherman 76 is more valuable than a h39 or a tiger is more valuable than a p3h.

You can't just look at K/D ratios in this game as the operators are not of equal skill. So to say x unit is better because it has a better K/d ratio doesn't mean it is correct as that better unit could have had a driver who died and then repeated the same action to get him killed.

Lastly, the KE and HE audit results will also need to be looked at as it will affect every unit in game.

***RAT HAT ON***

I will see if I can get more specific info on how CRS will be handling the TOE audit

don't dismiss K/D soo easily man, seeing a 0.0, .5, 1.0, 3.0, and 15.0 is enough to jump to a conclusion.

many things are simple.

your making it a lot more complicated then it is... the units in question are A13's and Vick's, there's nothing complicated about increasing their supply based on their poor performance

if you guys really want to balance with value, you should know the large panny supply skews the balance for the other 2 nations to a unreasonable point (especially in inf-killing power). again, just regurgitating what's been discussed in motor pool

Brits now have 69 tanks per INF, vrs axis 37.  That is 1.9x more.

98! ARM vrs 55 axis.  Really, 43 more tanks in one flag?  That is 1.8x more.

and 40 HQ vrs 20 axis.  That is 2.0x more.

That is basically 100% more tanks in every flag - double.......  What is going on?

I know some of the them are smoke tanks - but why they get three times as many smoke tanks as us?

Maybe some audit is in progress, but numbers need to be cut today to make it more fair.

And brit navy still has 15 tanks vrs 5; 3x as many?

  • 2 weeks later...

Really?  Brit navy still has 15 tanks?  Everyone else 5?

Noticed brit INF flags have 14 smoke tanks, german 4.

Sure hope some tank number audit is being done, cause right now it is terribly out of balance.

Maby CRS make this from a historical view?

US marines and english use really tanks i think. The kriegsmarine did not really use tanks.

So is most likely the infantry numbers from last campaign. So better audit them all, not just parts of it.

As I have stated many many times a TOE (Table of Equipment) Audit is being done by @OHMand @HATCH

They are working on several items in it to be more efficient on the unit calculation as well as when new content is add. It's not as simple as flicking a switch or just changing a number from 10 to 5.

You know, I'd kinda believe that, but I don't at all.

See, I've played this game for over 3000 days now;  and every day all nations navy has 5 tanks in it.

Then all of a sudden, 10 additional tanks appeared in the brit navy.

That didn't happen by magic... someone changed something.

So, it is as SIMPLE as that, someone simply added 10 tanks... they can simply un add them.

I know you all busy;  I love all the updates, new gear, HE audit etc. that is coming out, why I'm still here.

But when you make a mistake - just fix it.

axis infantry numbers got fixed in 2 days.... but allied tank numbers don't get fixed for weeks on end?

I know the tank audit is in progress, but glaring inaccuracies can be fixed before the audit comes out.

If it entails rerolling and restarting strat mid camp, it's probably not on anyone's popular choice list
if it's something that can ride it out until intermission.

I know, it is 10 tanks too many, but being naval, the places they could appear should be fairly limited?
Naval units should not be appearing at a landlocked town near you, right?

Well, it matters to me as I play navy branch mostly - army when there is nothing to do with navy.

And what is with brits having 19 smoke tanks, while axis get 4 in an infantry flag?
You can't see that having 100% more tanks is detrimental to the other side?  Over 300 tanks in one brit division.

While your at it changes need to be made to American  supply. Simply put bringing the americans in depletes the allied side by approx 1 DIVISION. Most of this inbalance is in automatic weapons.

THE TOE SHOULD BE PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE. I am sick of discovering these woeful balance issues.

This.

If you can't handle your jobs CRS, at least let us do them for you.

We use to be able to see all the units, per tier, per nation on the web, what ever happened to that?

And I agree, I know there are lots of details, but keeping the sides supply relatively equal is important.
