Something wonky

Not exactly sure whats going on.  Got a stu for a camped the docks in Moerdijk.  None of my HE set fire to the boats, so I with over to the AP round and none of them did it either.  HE on the 3pdr was not doing the trick and had to basically rake the decks with MG fire BUT, the Fams would just respawn because I was not KILLING them and I had resorted to just keeping my finger on the cannon trigger while I shot up the decks.  Not a single kill on a FAM. I know my MG rounds where working because I got a SPAA which had set up behind the docks area.  And of course the end result of them just respawning over and over again they eventually killed my stu.

Next issue was in a CH3.  7 hits on a Opel with AP and 100+ MG rounds from 400m.  It the truck drivers compartment with 6pdr AP, hit the engine bay and basically all over that Opel and he was like the energizer bunny.  No smoke, nothing.. no kill.   He had run the road earlier and ran into me and another Churchill and a dac.  WE all open fired on him at 300m as he barreled in on us. We where in the bushes next to road.  My last 3 HE on him, MG fire and AP fire and he still came on with some smoke.. only when it looked as if he was going to get past I filled his driver with MG bullets.. I got a kill.  I just previously used almost ALL my HE  on a opel that was sitting by a FMS - which I had driven up to camp.  MY HE was not doing jack on the opel, it pounded the cabin, I hit the tires to blow them off. NOTHING visual so I figured him dead. I drove up the FMS and he despawned. NO kill on the opel.  MG good, AP vrs tanks OK with the CH3 - looked as if my AP rounds disappeared when hitting a tank.. they looked like dead oh hits but look as if they where going through the tank like it was a hologram, was not even sure I was hitting him. . AP vrs Opel no good, HE vrs Opel.. was like I was not hitting him at all - only MG had an effect.

57mm ATG. similar to the CH3.. at times not sure if I am hitting my target.  I had some good kills with it, but its like on again, off again primarily with shots under 200m.. I got a very close in on a 4G frontally, looked like my rounds where going through the tank but as it got closer shooting at me on the move I noticed all the nice hit sprits holes in the 4G... but no kill and the 4G killed me as a zook finished him off.  SO I know I was hitting him due to the sprits visible on the front.  I know I can kill them because I had been killing them earlier in the same town.  Its like a light switch, on you get to see your hits and kill the tank, off you don't see your hits, tank is not dying but I can confirm I had been hitting him due to the sprits in the tank.  The driver and gunner should have been dead but they where not.

MLE38 - had another similar issue with rounds "passing through".  Had a fantastic few sorties with one.  Average hit/kill was 3-4 hits to kill. That is a noticeable improvement.  However later in the same town, the EA was still heavy and low .  IIRC got a hit credit on a HE111 drooping from mb 800m, but the 09s that where mb 100m over my head, and 190 headed directly at me, a stuka TB, and some 110s low and slow very close again my rounds looked as they where passing through.  I just had a 8 ea kill mission... and like a light switch had been turned on, my rounds where not "hitting" close in EA.  No hits apart from the HE111.  I also received a direct bomb hit with not so much as a injury.  The black hit mark was not 5m from my AA gun... but I also had died from a bomb hit in the AB that had landed on the opposite side of the AB, mb 60m away so I know they do kill from a distance.

I know this is a long post, but its an observation of some wonkiness that happened from time to time rarely to something that was pretty prevalent.

Lastly - the CH5 is missing its ability to set the gun range.

Wierd one with the Stu there Stanky. Would have thought mg would get you a kill just by hitting the crew on the bridge. Even if there is a slight AP/HE bug.

Was frustrating, a p38 flew over and gave one of the FMBs I was shooting at, gave it s squirt and it flamed right on up, but 12 AP under the smoke stack, nothing and no stolen kill credit what so ever from the p38.  I check the stats, it was Sudden who wacked me.  I would be real interested to get his side of the story.  I was nailing his 3pdr.

Same problems with the M5a2 ATG, M4a3 Sherman and M10 Wolverine. HE rounds do not explode nor do damage on FMB's

I have noticed that opels are a hard to kill vehicle. Been that way for awhile. Needs fixing asap. Opels are only a truck with NO ARMOR.  Should die real quick.

I know when I drive allied trucks they die within seconds.

Either that or the game is biased.

Indeed, it has no armor.

About the bedford/morris, they must work with solar panels, because your engine is not heard until you are 100 meters away...

Either that or the game is biased...
