I just checked the Webmap ( https://webmap.wwiionline.com/ ) and noticed a discrepancy with the factory damage.  I don't know whether this is JUST on the Webmap or whether it's using the same numbers the game uses.  The damage says it's at 79.4% (actually 79.444_%), when in fact it's at 89.375%.  This is due to the damage numbers being divided by all nine German factories, even though the Allies currently hold Frankfurt, so that factory should not be counted.  The Axis resupply time does appear to be correct, however.  It may be a nitpick, but it would be nice for our RDP pilots to get credit for taking the enemy production to 0%, rather than one of the factories always showing as 100% intact, because it's no longer in enemy hands and not being bombed.

When one side holds another's factory(s), the Webmap calculations will be incorrect.  The proper damage and effects are still counted in-game.  Agreed that a Webmap fix would be nice.
