Site upwards drift on all Allied SPAA units

With zero HID input, Allied SPAA aim point drifts upwards. This does NOT happen with towed Bofors AAA, other ATGs, or German HT SPAA.

There seems to be a general problem Joystick inputs when using Allied SPAA. Smooth Joystick inputs produce a jerky motion. I haven't noticed this response with any other units.

Config: macos 10.13.6, CH Products Fighterstick, WWIIOL 1.35.14
