Did full install and apparently need to log in from Steam now. Telling me first time logging in and pick a callsign. Won't allow me to use my info to log in saying already been taken and e-mail already being used. Remedy?

If you are not a steam player, you should run the normal playgate and log in with your game ID and password.
You dont want to launch game via steam, unless you are wanting to make a steam account?

I'm experiencing this now as well. Done a complete wipe and re-install, and can't authenticate. Still working on it.

by any chance does IE show ssl or tls1.2 disabled in internet options?
can you screen shot the error message?

Thanks. Already checked anti virus, not an issue. There isn't really an error message, other than the password is gray boxed out and the dialogue box keeps try to authenticate, 1st attempt, second attempt, etc.

did you check internet options?
make sure is hasnt gone and disabled everything pertaining to TLS/SSL?

internet options > advanced scroll down to security
make sure
ssl 2.0
ssl 3.0
tls 1.0
tls 1.1
tls 1.2
are all checked

Also assuming you checked that firewall also did not block the apps ww2.exe or playgate.exe

Doesn't give me an option for ssl 2.0. All else is checked. I have Norton, everything I have checked for program control says it is allowed.
