Ok, allies starter gets truck and can tow everything - including heavy guns.

axis starter can't use HT Kfz 7, so can't tow anything heavy, this doesn't seem right?

How come axis starter account can't tow all guns?

Solved, gave them the Sdkfz 7 and 251. Our tools act up, it's frustrating, thanks for pointing it out.
