Who exactly is the Reserve SMG for in game?

Premium don't get it.   Starter don't get it.  FPA don't get it.  DLC don't get it?

Which account type exactly gets to use the Reserve SMG stuff?

Maybe is disabled with the new DLCs..... If so, then better to remove fromm the list.

nope.. we just reused what was in the spawnlist at the time.
