Need to reduce the spawnlist to rifle only. Lock the other types, too many people trying to spawn other than rifle and end up at the FB its  causing confusion. Message or something.

In the interim, HC Officers should update their mission orders.

As I have said before mission orders are usually only looked at after they have spawned in. They need to be seen from the mission list.

But obviously all we have for now.
