Hi odolf, I would recommend messing with your DPI settings to see if it fixes it, otherwise I would recommend contacting support to see if they can help you out.

I have no idea what that is. Support from whom? 

I unistalled and reinstalled, same problem happened. What in that patch caused this to happen?

go into the game folder
right click ww2.exe and go to compatibility

disable full screen optimizations.
and 

Click on the Change High DPI Setting button
At the bottom, tic the box next to 'Override High DPI Scaling Behaviour' 

Make sure in game, in preferences, in video options, game shows correct resolution

now should work.
